We’re pleased to share the successful completion of the 2023 PIPE Cohort. This innovative initiative was a collaboration between FXKudi, the Ghana Fintech & Payment Association, and StartOA, focused on nurturing early-stage fintech startups making significant strides in the remittance product sector in Ghana.
Over the course of an intensive four-week program, these selected startups received guidance from experienced industry mentors. They explored current industry trends, scalability, growth strategies, regulatory compliance, and received essential support in product development and marketing. This comprehensive process equipped them with vital skills necessary to thrive in the competitive fintech industry.
We’re honored to recognize the bright minds who participated in this year’s cohort. These dedicated individuals and their teams showcased innovation, dedication, and a vision for a progressive fintech future:

Gaining a spot in the program was an achievement in itself. To qualify, startups had to demonstrate a functional MVP, have at least two co-founders or team members, and the potential for scalability across Africa. This stringent selection process ensured we collaborated with the industry’s brightest minds, all driven to deliver faster, superior products and make a significant market entry.
The culmination of the program was an exciting pitch event at our FXKudi headquarters. The six exceptional startups showcased their innovative solutions by pitching to a group of investors and industry stakeholders present. The panel of judges at the event provided feedback and valuable insights.
